Stepping into Glitch's Arcade in Sherman, Texas, immediately ignited that sense of nostalgia. The space serves as a perfect time machine, featuring a stellar array of pinball machines and video games!
Glitch's recently hosted a birthday bash for Bob, the founder of Punk and Junk Booking, which featured an incredible lineup of punk acts from the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The evening kicked off with Tar and Feather, a queer alt-punk group from Dallas that even performed a custom birthday song for Bob. Following them, veteran local punk rockers Bullet Machine kept the crowd entertained by teasing Sammy Hagar-era Van Halen riffs before skillfully diving back into their signature high-energy punk sound. The night wrapped up with a performance from The Two Watts. Renowned for their self-described "Get Off My Lawn" punk style, this experienced band demonstrated exactly why they have earned such acclaim in the local music scene.
